Recovery peptides, told straight.
What a licensed clinician can prescribe in the U.S. today, what they cannot, and how to tell the difference before you spend money.

- Glutathione (injectable). The body's main antioxidant. Used in some ND protocols for oxidative stress and recovery. Human evidence for injections is limited; compounded glutathione is not FDA-approved.
- NAD+ (injectable or nasal). A coenzyme central to cellular energy. Popular in recovery and longevity clinics; evidence in humans is early. Compounded NAD+ is not FDA-approved.
Not legally available as of October 2026
BPC-157, TB-500, and most "healing" peptides are not on the FDA list of substances licensed pharmacies may compound. In July 2026 an FDA advisory panel recommended adding BPC-157 and five others, but FDA has not acted. Until it does, no licensed U.S. pharmacy can prepare them, and products sold online as "research use only" are unapproved drugs. FDA sent warning letters to five such sellers in August 2026. We do not sell or link to them, and we will update this page the day the status changes.
The holistic recovery stack that is legal today
Sleep, protein, omega-3 intake, collagen with vitamin C, load management, and targeted physical therapy carry far more evidence than any peptide for most soft-tissue recovery. An ND will usually build that foundation first and consider injectables second.
